AgPack®

AgriEdge Terms & Conditions

  • To qualify, a buyer must enroll in an AgriEdge program according to all applicable AgriEdge program guidelines and requirements.
  • Syngenta will provide a full year subscription to AgriEdge® Farm Management System or AgriEdge Excelsior®, as determined by Syngenta.
  • Buyers enrolled in AgriEdge will not be required to extend their subscription beyond the first year if they choose not to.
  • Should a buyer choose to extend their subscription beyond the first year, subscriber will be responsible for all requirements outlined in the AgriEdge agreement.
  • Syngenta may choose to not renew the AgriEdge subscription at their sole discretion after one year.
  • Syngenta reserves the right to refuse these services to buyers or subscribers who previously participated in an AgriEdge® program.
  • AgriEdge® and AgriEdge Excelsior® are registered trademarks of a Syngenta group company.

AgroLiquid Terms & Conditions

  • This offer is valid only in the United States and is not valid where prohibited by law.
  • This AgPack promotional offer is valid to the purchaser of a new truck through a Certified Agriculture Dealership and is not transferable.
  • Eligible customers must be registered on the Certified AgPack customer database.
  • The qualified AgPack recipient is required to order a minimum of 2,000 gallons of any product or products from AgroLiquid to claim the $2,000 AgPack benefit.
